I really felt at home in this lovely Riad! The whole team is like a family for the guests - so nice, charming & helpful with advices - and always there for you. I cannot name all … but my special thanks go to Zakaria I & II, Ayoub… and all other Riad „Souls“The Riad is beautiful designed and the rooms are well equipped. Furthermore it is perfectly located for all sightseeing tours in Marrakech. Go to the Souks or enjoy the magic of Jeema El Fna in the evening. It’s right around the corner of the lovely Riad Jemaa El Fna. I liked it and will come back! Nadja

We cannot recommend this Riad highly enough. It is stunning with traditional Moroccan architecture and a beautiful rooftop restaurant, where they serve mint tea, cakes, pancakes, fruits (and the most delicious paratha!) for breakfast. The Riad is situated in the heart of the old town, right next to the main square and souks. It is the perfect location for exploring and the staff go over and above to make your trip perfect, by arranging tours and transport and recommending the best restaurants. Everyone who worked at the Riad was so lovely and genuinely made such an effort to welcome us and we can’t thank them enough. Always a friendly face around to help with any questions or have a nice conversation with. You are guaranteed to have the trip of a lifetime if you stay here!

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The staff could not have been kinder, more helpful or efficient. They went the extra mile with dietary requirements. The plunge pool in the entrance hall was particularly welcome for sore feet after a morning walking around the sights.It's central position was great, and despite the proximity to the main market square the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. Our hammam experience within the hotel was wonderful.Totally recommended

I would highly recommend this hotel. We booked through booking.com at a very reasonable rate and have not been disappointed. From the very start the hotel were friendly and helpful. They arranged transport to/from airport (€20 each way for a 30 min drive) which we appreciated. They provided a map and recommended places to visit and the best place to exchange money. They gave us tips for walking around and advised us to haggle in the market. I would especially like to thank Zachariah 1 and Zachariah 2 for being friendly and helpful at reception and also the staff who serve breakfast and gave me my daily lesson in the Arabic language. (They do offer trips and have a hammam but we chose to book our trips through sites like viator and trip advisor. I am sure their trips would be good it’s just that we made decisions usually whilst out at a restaurant!) The hotel is lovely looking and very clean with wifi that works well as well as air conditioning. And the dip pools we used to cool our feet after a long day walking around but they are not heated and fine get much sun so are cold!Breakfast is on the stunning roof terrace. And the location is amazing. So close to everything in the centre of the medina just off the main square. Which is where you get picked up for trips. Yes the access to the bed in the room is slim and there could be a bit more storage especially hangers. And the alleyway you walk down to get to the hotel is basic- but none of that bothered us. It’s such a hidden away gem of a hotel.

The riad is very close to everything and you can walk to all the attractions easily. Although you are a stones through away from the main square, it is quiet and clam. Perfect for recharging during the day and a good night's sleep.Because it is near the square cars cannot drop you off during the day and you have to walk. But you can let your road know and they will pick you up and walk you to the riad.The riad is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard. The smell of orange oil is everywhere. We loved it so much we bought oil and an oil burner.The breakfast is a great spread of salad, breads and sweets, with choice of eggs, teas and coffee. The breakfast also has a great view of the mountains and sunrise. What made our experience was the staff. The staff welcome you like we are you family. They give you advice, take care of you and ensure you are having a good time. We wanted to particularly thanks Zakaria, he became a friend to us and was sad to say goodbye to him. He was kind, courteous and honest. He helped us on food, getting a haircut and showed us local life. Thank you Zakaria!!!

We visited Marrakesh for the first time and are so pleased we chose this central Riad. Charming service from the excellent team - they go above and beyond, they are really exceptional. Brilliant value and good facilities - stylish rooftop where delicious meals are served ( breakfast is a feast) and we spent many afternoons relaxing on the sun loungers. Fantastic in-house hammam. The reception staff are always on hand to advise & book restaurants & excursions. They organised taxis and would ensure we (two females) got safely to & from taxis - including pickups/drop off to airport. Highly recommended.
